You must contact the Gallery prior to returning your item, so that we may issue you a return code and issue a shipping label (when applicable). A returned print without a code will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted for any reason for a period of 14 days from the day you received your purchase. Items must be postmarked for return at/within the 14-day grace period to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
Returns are accepted past the 14-day mark for up to 30 days with a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be approved and issued within two business days after receipt from the carrier contingent on a physical inspection of the print.
Please be aware that colors may look different depending on your display, the manufacturer, and/or the settings on your device such as smartphone screen, computer monitor, graphics card, camera settings, as well as software, may all have an effect. When in doubt, please ask for close-ups or extra photos.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping if you do not opt to insure your return.
Although this is a rare occurrence, please return your purchase in the original packing material if possible, or by using double-thick cardboard on each side.
Any return shipping charges must be paid by the buyer.

If the gallery has made a mistake, such as poor descriptions, listing errors, or unreported damage that we may have missed, we will refund the full amount + your return shipping costs on the same day we receive the return. Please, feel free to contact the gallery before making a purchase if you have any questions about a print or painting in our collection. We do our best to represent each print.
