Shipping rates
Shipping is available both domestically (USPS & FedEx) and Internationally (FedEx). All woodblock prints are shipped with complementary acid-free Japanese hosho paper for your archival needs. We package our prints using 100% recycled double-thick cardboard for protection. A tracking number will be provided in a confirmation email as soon as the item is shipped. Please allow 1-5 business days for all orders to be shipped. For any questions or special requests regarding shipping or returns do not hesitate to contact the gallery.

Economy shipping (shipped at the risk of the customer)- USPS Media mail/Retail ground: $15
Priority mail - USPS 2-day priority mail w/ signature confirmation: $22
FedEx (required for orders larger than $2000)
FedEx ground signature + insurance: $40
FedEx 2nd day insured + signature confirmation: $70
International
Return policy
Returns are accepted for fourteen days starting from the day of receipt, any return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
For any returns after the 14-day period up to 31 days, there is a 15% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for any damage or lost prints due to shipping or mishandling if you fail to insure the package for a return to the gallery. Although this is a rare occurrence as we have not had a single print damaged during our shipping process.
We advise you to use the same packaging if it is still in working order. If not please be sure to use double thick cardboard on each side at least.
When we are responsible
If the gallery has poorly labeled or represented an item, such as the description, listing error, or any damage that we may have missed, we will refund the full amount + your return shipping costs.
In the event that a print we have sold is proven to be a fake or reproduction, we offer a 110% money-back guarantee and our deepest apologies.
