A man clutches a long piece of cloth held by the standing woman beside him; she has her hand on a hairpin, likely about to remove it. A crane in flight is depicted behind the women on a screen. The only recorded joint work with Buncho.

Title: Yatsushi kusazuribiki (Transformed armor pulling incident)

Date: 1769 c.

Format: Chuban Nishikie, woodblock printed on paper.
